We had a delightfully clear view of this bird making its distinctive "quick three beers" call. Most gratifying.
Ash-throated Flycatcher SCCP
The distinctive lower-pitched call of this bird helped us positively identify it, even tough we had never seen it before.

We spent the entire day out in the field. We saw two flycatchers singing and positively identified them, which for us is quite an accomplishment.
